  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve internal communication, operational efficiency, and collaboration across departments, removing roadblocks and driving results
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational rigor, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, business operations professionals, and cross-functional leaders
  • Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making, empowering teams to deliver results

What You'll Bring

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of key business metrics, financial management, and operational frameworks
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, product management best practices, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align key stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Preferred qualifications:
