Outside Sales Representative
Northern New Jersey - Remote WFH + Travel in assigned territory
$60K - $70K Salary Plus Uncapped Commission ($75K - $85K OTE)

Our premier client is looking for an Outside Sales Rep for their Signs and Graphics division in Northern NJ. The goal of this role is to maintain and grow an existing client base while pursuing new clients and opportunities that will grow sales. Assigned territory includes Northern NJ, the five boroughs of NYC (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island) and Long Island.

Required Skills/Abilities:
History of successful attainment of sales goals and winning new business
Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Strong relationship builder
Experience in networking and cold calling/prospecting.
Strong sense of urgency and proven track record of sales success

Education and Experience:
5+ years sales experience
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Ability to travel by car up to 60%
A valid driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance

Duties/Responsibilities:
Visit and establish productive sales calls, and/or prospect new business opportunities within assigned geography
Prospect and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and or growing existing customer base
Manage and own the resolution of customer related questions, opportunities, and inquiries
Utilize salesforce and other CRM tools for effective management of assigned responsibilities and targets
Collaboration along side Inside Sales Rep within assigned region to support customer follow up, questions and ongoing targeting
As needed, attend trade shows, franchise events and/or company meetings


Salary:

$60,000 to $70,000 Base ($75,000 to $85,000 OTE)
