Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break
  • Primary focus on the Canadian SMB market
  • Potential to expand into other markets (e.g., Europe) in the future
  • Performance-based bonus structure in addition to base salary

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to leads generated through digital campaigns
  • Qualify leads through initial phone conversations
  • Continue the sales process to close deals or hand off qualified leads to closer
  • Utilize our unified platform to manage leads and sales processes
  • Explain the benefits of our comprehensive digital solution to potential SMB customers
  • Adapt to and learn about the various features of our platform, including website creation, CRM, AI chat, calendar management, email marketing, and social media tools

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in telemarketing and phone-based sales
  • Native-level English proficiency with a neutral accent suitable for the Canadian market
  • Ability to work in the Canadian time zone
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to learn new software platforms quickly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience in selling digital or SaaS products to SMBs is a plus
