Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to leads generated through digital campaigns
Qualify leads through initial phone conversations
Continue the sales process to close deals or hand off qualified leads to closer
Utilize our unified platform to manage leads and sales processes
Explain the benefits of our comprehensive digital solution to potential SMB customers
Adapt to and learn about the various features of our platform, including website creation, CRM, AI chat, calendar management, email marketing, and social media tools
Requirements
Extensive experience in telemarketing and phone-based sales
Native-level English proficiency with a neutral accent suitable for the Canadian market
Ability to work in the Canadian time zone
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptability to learn new software platforms quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience in selling digital or SaaS products to SMBs is a plus
