Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, the Marketing Technology Specialist is essential to ensuring flawless execution of our day-to-day marketing operations—whether through manual tasks or automated workflows. You will oversee data synchronization, optimize email campaigns, explore emerging technologies like AI and chatbots, and champion continuous improvements that shape our company’s future. Job Description:
  • Perform initial data transfers (e.g., Zoho CRM to Apollo.io) to ensure accurate customer segmentation and timely communications.
  • Integrate key marketing tools (e.g., Zoho apps, Apollo.io, Zapier) for real-time data synchronization and efficient workflow management.
  • Monitor system performance proactively, addressing data delays or errors to minimize downtime and maintain operational excellence.
  • Configure email sequences in Zoho Marketing Plus and Apollo.io to deliver targeted messages without redundancy.
  • Verify that dynamic variables or merge fields in email campaigns function f lawlessly to maintain high accuracy.
  • Research emerging martech innovations (AI, chatbots, predictive analytics) and conduct proof-of-concepts to evaluate feasibility and impact.
  • Evaluate and recommend a new marketing automation platform—potentially Zoho, HubSpot, or another system—to address evolving business needs.
  • Migrate existing data and workflows into the new platform, ensuring seamless integration with Zoho, Apollo.io, or other relevant software.
  • Develop KPIs to track and improve data transfers, email campaign execution, audience segmentation, and automation effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager to build dashboards and reports using tools like Google Looker Studio and native analytics.
  • Act as the super admin for marketing technology platforms by creating intuitive system setups, comprehensive documentation, and training sessions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, analytics) to ensure technical solutions are user-friendly and deliver actionable insights.




Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience integrating and automating marketing technology solutions (preferably Zoho apps and Apollo.io), including the ability to document workflows and conduct training sessions for users.
  • Robust technical troubleshooting abilities, minimizing downtime and ensuring error-free operations; familiarity with SQL for reporting is a plus but not required.
  • Intermediate to advanced use of AI (e.g., for writing, computing, coding assistance), along with hands-on knowledge of AI-driven tools, chatbots, etc.
  • Strong time management and project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts to diverse, non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, resourceful mindset with high attention to detail and a creative, growth-oriented approach to problem-solving—underpinned by excellence, integrity, and resilience.
  • Openness to learning new tools and technologies, demonstrated by a track record of adapting to evolving marketing stacks.
