1. Co-ordinate with Customer success teams and work on analysis of screening data from our campaigns.
2. Understanding the JD/ company profile and convey it to the candidates with clarity about roles and responsibilities.
3. Calling screened candidates for scheduling interviews and coordinating with client spoc for interview process.
4. Ensure candidates appear for interviews and we get feedback on the same, in a timely manner.
