  • Lead onboarding and training projects for new customers, tailoring plans to their needs.
  • Deliver online training sessions and provide ongoing coaching using the Learning Management platform.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to identify and pursue growth opportunities.

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be a key partner in guiding our clients from onboarding to event day, making sure they get the very best from our platform every step of the way.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate onboarding and training projects for new customers – no two are the same!
  • Develop tailored onboarding and event delivery plans to meet each customer’s unique needs
  • Deliver engaging online training sessions and provide ongoing coaching using our Learning Management platform
  • Build strong, longterm relationships and become a trusted advisor to your customers
  • Check in regularly to ensure adoption, product understanding, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Account Management when growth opportunities arise
  • Keep internal teams in the loop with clear documentation and risk reporting
  • Occasionally travel domestically or internationally for onsite training or consulting

    • What You Bring

      • 3+ years’ experience in a Customer Success role – ideally within Events or SaaS
      • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
      • A proactive mindset – you take initiative and own your outcomes
      • Confidence, calm, and positivity under pressure
      • Eagerness to master the EventsAir platform and become a true product expert
      • The ability to juggle multiple customers and projects without dropping the ball
      • A sense of urgency and professionalism when working with clients

        • Please note this role is a fully remote position with a headquartered office in Australia We are looking for candidates ideally in the Texas area. Our role is paying up to USD55,000 based on experience.
