Our Sales team is growing and looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager  to join us! 


We hire in the following states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IA, KS, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.


The Account Manager  is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing strategic accounts, long-term client relationships, and developing key new stakeholder relationships. This role will focus on up-selling and cross-selling existing solutions as well as identifying and expanding to new use cases or new user types within our strategic Health System customer base. 


The U.S. Healthcare industry is going through a transformation. Patients want access to better healthcare tools and experiences and healthcare systems are stretched beyond capacity and adapting to the new normal after the pandemic. In this role you'll be working on the teams that are being tasked with solving these problems.

In this role you will:

  • Meet or exceed retention and expansion quotas. 
  • Builds strategic growth plans with customers and develops and executes on annual sales account plans.
  • Understand the customer business environment, and identify and implement ways Medbridge can assist clients in solving its top challenges through use of our solutions. 
  • Build and maintain executive level relationships, and guide executive stakeholders with varying needs through a decision process. 
  • Provide a consultative approach with customers and prospects to understand organizational structure, key decision makers, procurement processes, IT systems, and document workflow.
  • Coordinate communication with all internal teams to prioritize activities related to strategic approaches with key organizations.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 8+ Years of Account Management Experience for SaaS solutions.
  • Experience selling to or working within the healthcare industry, preferably health systems.
  • Proven track record of successful customer engagements with VP and Executive level stakeholders.
  • A strong foundation for strategic and tactical selling of a solution sale.
  • Ability to identify new use cases and collaborate with product and strategy teams to define requirements.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Some travel required.

Salary Range: 90k base, OTE: 125K

At Medbridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
