Senior Account Manager

The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Sr. ­­­­­Commercial Account Manager or to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Roseland, NJ. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This can be an in-office or remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for book of business and new business as referred. 
• Manage all aspects of client’s commercial insurance needs, from information gathering, preparing applications and renewal marketing to policy administration.
• Risk Identification process execution, program design, implementation. Target book size = $500,000 revenue.
• Participate in day-to-day communication with clients proactively
• Assist clients with questions and issue resolution
• Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing book of business
• Licensed in NJ or able to be.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills
• Real estate and construction insurance experience a plus.
