Job Title: Senior Process Optimization & CRM Systems Specialist
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: Up to 3200 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
The Senior Process Optimization & CRM Systems Specialist will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and automating CRM and project management workflows for diverse clients. This role requires in-depth expertise in setting up systems like Monday.com, Hubspot, ClickUp, Pipedrive, and Salesforce, with a focus on process optimization across various organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities, backed by hands-on experience in system integration and process management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess operational needs and business goals.
  • Evaluate, design, and optimize existing CRM and project management systems for clients.
  • Implement efficient workflows and automation within tools like Monday.com, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
  • Integrate various platforms to ensure seamless data flow and enhance system performance.
  • Develop custom systems and processes for clients without existing solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients for system adoption.
  • Continuously monitor, test, and refine systems and workflows based on client feedback and emerging needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest features, tools, and best practices in CRM and project management systems.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Hubspot).
  • Strong operational mindset with expertise in system design, optimization, and process automation.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in platform integration, workflow design, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with third-party integration tools like Zapier or Make.com.
  • Relevant certifications in CRM or project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com Specialist, Hubspot Certified).
