Description

The key responsibilities include:

Store Operations Management

  • Strengthen Logitech’s brand presence and mindshare among both Retail Partners and Consumers by enhancing product content in retail stores.

  • Assist in creating demand-generation strategies and programs, such as product displays, content pieces, and media activations, to drive consumers to our retail locations.

  • Monitor inventory levels and product assortment to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

  • Oversee store opening, closing, and day-to-day operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue across retail locations.

  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve underperforming stores or product categories.

  • Lead in-store promotions and merchandising strategies to increase foot traffic and conversions.

  • Develop and manage the retail budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Customer Experience & Brand Consistency

  • Ensure each store delivers a superior customer experience aligned with brand standards.

  • Manage customer feedback and resolve escalated issues to improve satisfaction.

  • Implement store layouts, visual merchandising, and in-store marketing that reflect the brand’s identity.

Reporting & Analysis.

  • Assist in analyzing data from key campaigns to identify best practices and share them for broader implementation.

  • Initiate timely actions to achieve company business targets and maximize business opportunities in Vietnam.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on store performance, sales trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and recommend strategy adjustments as needed.
