ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Atmosfy, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, nurture relationships, and drive the initial stages of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for reaching out to hospitality businesses such as restaurants, bars, hotels, and entertainment venues, introducing them to the Atmosfy platform, and scheduling demos with our sales team.
This position is commission-based for the first 90 days, with a structured opportunity to transition into a full-time salary position based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify potential leads within the restaurant, nightlife, hotel, and hospitality industries.
• Make outbound cold calls, send personalized emails, and engage with prospects through various channels.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of Atmosfy’s video-first platform to prospective clients.
• Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales executives to close deals.
• Track leads, update CRM (HubSpot or similar), and report daily on outreach activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and maximize lead generation efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role (hospitality tech industry is a plus).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone, email, and video calls.
• Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable sales opportunities.
• A strong work ethic, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Compensation Structure:
• Commission-based for the first 90 days: You will earn commission based on your ability to generate leads and close deals during the contract period.
• Contract-to-Hire Path: Upon successful completion of the 90-day contract, meeting performance metrics, you will be considered for a full-time salaried position with additional benefits.
