As a key member of the support team, you will assist Polish-speaking clients with their technical inquiries and help ensure their cybersecurity solutions operate seamlessly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough technical support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding cybersecurity products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing solutions that meet client needs.
  • Educate and inform customers on the features and best practices of their security solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address and escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your understanding of cybersecurity technologies.
  • Contribute to team efforts to improve the overall customer experience and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in cybersecurity products and solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in technical support or IT roles is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with clients.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
