As a German Speaking Help Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients seeking assistance with financial services. Your primary responsibility will include addressing customer inquiries, providing troubleshooting support, and ensuring that clients have a seamless experience with our services. Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding help desk support to German-speaking customers in the financial services sector.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and other financial services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Document support interactions thoroughly for continual service improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of financial services and software.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English for effective internal collaboration.
  • Previous experience in help desk support, preferably in financial services, is a strong asset.
