Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to Polish-speaking clients for cybersecurity solutions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cybersecurity software and protocols.
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical resolutions clearly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve product functionality.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution and effective communication.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in technical support or cybersecurity is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication abilities and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
