Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to offer the position of Dutch Speaking Helpdesk Support, allowing you to work remotely from Greece! This role is perfect for individuals fluent in Dutch who are eager to assist clients with their technical needs while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional helpdesk support. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting IT issues, guiding clients through solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding helpdesk support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks effectively.
  • Deliver clear and concise instructions to help users implement solutions.
  • Document support interactions thoroughly for future reference and analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management.
  • Stay current with product developments and industry trends to offer informed support.
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in helpdesk support or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
  • A friendly and positive attitude with a strong desire to assist customers.
  • Must be eligible to work remotely in Greece.
