Job description

Harbor is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant with a strong background in CRM systems to join our growing team. This role will focus on the integration of CRM solutions, including Peppermint, Dynamics, and Foundation, as well as managing complex data migration projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless CRM system implementations that meet business objectives. You will also provide consulting on best practices/use cases of the systems and advice on proper data structure.  This is a fully remote position that can be worked anywhere in the USA, UK or Canada.


Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Integration: Lead the integration and customization of CRM systems (Peppermint, Dynamics, Foundation) according to client needs.
  • Data Migration: Manage data migration processes, ensuring the accurate transfer of customer, operational, and historical data from legacy systems into new CRM environments.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and expectation management ad
  • System Configuration: Collaborate with technical teams to configure, test, and deploy CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to client teams on CRM functionalities post-implementation.
  • Process Optimization: Work closely with business analysts to map client processes and identify areas for optimization within CRM systems.
  • Project Management: Work with Project Managers by providing timeline updates, risks, and how to mitigate.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and data migration strategies.
  • Troubleshooting & QA: Identify issues during and after implementation, coordinating with technical teams to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM system implementation, preferably with Peppermint, Dynamics 365, or Foundation.
  • Proven experience in data migration, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data structures, and customization capabilities.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and system configuration.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile or Waterfall.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex data and system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with law firm or professional services industry processes is a plus.
