Job description

We're a B2C travel startup focused on renting sailboats with Europe and the UK as our primary markets. The company is headquartered in Portugal, and our remote team is distributed globally. We're now at the late seed stage, with thousands of clients worldwide. We're growing quickly and are looking for a CRM marketer to join our team, to manage our direct communications: WhatsApp, Email, Mobile Push, and others.

Currently, our CRM marketing is in its early stages, offering you a fantastic opportunity to implement your ideas, swiftly see results, and truly impact the company's performance.

Your Tasks

Your key objective is to increase activation and grow retention rate. This includes:

  • Generating growth hypotheses;

  • Designing sequences for different user segments and channels;

  • Managing content alongside a designer;

  • Launching mass and triggered mailings through Email, WhatsApp, Mobile Push;

  • Conducting A/B tests and analytics.


You will become a member of the marketing team, working closely with the sales, product, and development units.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM marketing;

  • Data-driven approach, working by metrics, lean approach;

  • Experience with WA, email, mobile push notifications;

  • Experience working with automation platforms, such as Mindbox, Klaviyo, Customer.io, etc..

  • English language proficiency of at least B2 level.
