SFE/CRM & Insights Manager

We are seeking an experienced SFE/CRM & Insights Manager to play a key role in driving our commercial excellence.

In this critical position, you will ensure the efficient use of CRM systems, provide actionable business insights, and optimize sales force effectiveness – directly contributing to our strategic business objectives.


What You’ll Do:

Sales Force Effectiveness & Performance Management

  • Ensure that the Commercial Function has the processes, tools, and knowledge required to execute the business strategy effectively.
  • Govern all SFE metrics, processes, systems, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Oversee sales planning and performance, ensuring alignment with business priorities and sales targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sales force effectiveness, optimizing resource allocation and sales impact.
  • Partner with the Global Commercial Team to ensure global-local alignment of the vision, strategic roadmap and implementation of global customer engagement frameworks and SFE standards.

Business Insights & Sales Data Management

  • Create visibility of sales performance, customer engagement, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to business leaders, enabling them to identify sales-driving opportunities.
  • Develop sales analytics dashboards and reports to track KPIs and inform commercial strategy.
  • Ensure that customer profiling, segmentation, and targeting methodologies are data-driven and aligned with business objectives and global frameworks.

CRM Management & Data Quality

  • Undertake Brick-to-territory alignment, territory allocation, cycle plan loading and management in regular cadence
  • Ensure the correct and efficient use of CRM systems by field teams to capture key customer data and business KPIs.
  • Provide CRM system and data management support to internal customers, ensuring the availability and quality of insights.
  • Deliver training sessions to field-based and office colleagues on CRM usage, maintaining and updating training materials as needed.
  • Ensure data quality of local CRM data sets, identifying and addressing data quality issues while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical and IT teams to ensure CRM and SFE tools support the overall business strategy.
  • Partner with global teams to align local CRM and SFE initiatives with broader company objectives.
  • Act as the primary contact for CRM and SFE topics, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with commercial execution teams.
  • Manage budget and expenses for local CRM and SFE initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of SFE & CRM experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce-based platforms (Veeva or IQVIA).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Experience with customer segmentation and sales analytics.
  • Ability to build credible relationships with internal stakeholders and across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in German (C1/native) and English.
