Job description

Job Description:
As a Business Development & Marketing Associate, you will support the Senior Business Development Manager and the marketing team in developing and managing thatgamecompany's (TGC) brand partnership projects in China and executing marketing activities for all TGC game brands. Your work will involve the day-to-day management of partnership projects, supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, data analysis, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Business Development Manager in developing and managing brand partnership projects, including preliminary research, partner communication, and project execution.

  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing activities to ensure the smooth implementation of promotional plans.

  • Collect and analyze market data to provide insights for marketing decisions.

  • Participate in cross-departmental communication and coordination to ensure projects run smoothly across multiple teams.

  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries for marketing and partnership projects, ensuring timely updates for the team.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the gaming industry.

  • Strong interest in brand partnerships and marketing, with basic project management skills.

  • Passion for TGC game brands and enthusiasm for brand promotion.

  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with good communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills to effectively support the team.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving approach, able to play a positive role in the team.

  • Basic data analysis skills to support project insights.
