Job description

Channel Impact is hiring a Event Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our clients events organization to develop their communication and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has worked in a dynamic environment that crosses multiple digital marketing channels and platforms for a high-tech company.


We are looking for a go-getter who loves digital marketing and preparing strategic communications for events.


This role is a full time, benefited opportunity for a remote worker in the US or Canada.


What you will be doing:

  • Audience engagement marketing
  • Designing, writing, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns for a technology or event audience
  • Program marketing and external communications, from content creation to execution
  • Develop original content and manage review cycles for all communications, content, and creative assets
  • Drive internal communications and develop resources to ensure event readiness with Partner teams and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and ensure successful execution of end-to-end, integrated campaign that drives event registration and attendance across all channels
  • Develop integrated marketing plan, including social media strategy, and measurement/metrics for reporting requirements
  • Manage creative vendors and the budget associated with deliverables
  • Drive to event KPIs and ROI goals. Deliver-post-event report to event stakeholders and executive leadership


What you bring:

  • 7 years’ experience creating content for various platforms: digital, web, social, and experience working for at least one enterprise B2B technology company
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering integrated communication plans that drove event registration/attendance and attendee engagement
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills (written, verbal, visual)
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Channel Partner, and Regional Marketing teams in driving audience engagement
  • Proficient in creating and developing presentations for executive leadership
  • Knowledge of best practices/trends in event marketing planning and execution
  • A passion for events and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • On-site management of audience engagement deliverables as needed
  • Collaboration – this role requires extensive interaction with members from many different teams across multiple functions, disciplines and time zones
  • Flexibility – the ability to respond quickly to changing dynamics in the market or internally
