HR Specialist, HRMS & Data Analytics

As part of our growth we are looking for a HR Specialist, HRMS & Data Analytics in Remote UK or US where you will be part of a global best in class HR team fighting fraud and piracy! The Senior HR Specialist supports and executes a variety of HR functions depending on assignment, with a focus on HRMS and Analytics.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides HR support and advice on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Supports internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
  • Supports HR projects and initiatives for organizational improvement.
  • Prepares HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Continuously learns the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.

  • Provides guidance on compensation-related issues and ensure regulatory compliance. HRIS Management
  • Maintains, configures and supports the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring system functionality and performance, including supporting annual processes and configurations.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves system issues reported by HR staff, vendors and users.
  • Collaborates with vendors, and IT to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions during system changes.
  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity in the HRIS, including entering, importing and maintaining system data.
  • Provides training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities.
  • Identifies areas for improvement within the HRIS and makes recommendations for system enhancements to increase efficiency.



HR Data Analytics



  • Generates and analyzes HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to key HR metrics like employee turnover, headcount, time-to-hire, compensation, diversity, and employee engagement.
  • Develops, tracks, and reports on HR metrics and KPIs, such as absenteeism rates, time-to-fill positions, employee turnover, promotion rates, and workforce diversity.
  • Creates reports, dashboards, and visualizations that present complex data in a clear and actionable format for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Conducts root cause analysis to identify factors affecting workforce outcomes, such as high turnover or low employee engagement.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, education or a related degree or equivalent HR work experience.

Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience as an HR Specialist or related position.
