Position: Sales Development Representative

Job Description:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for driving the sales pipeline by managing email communications, creating reporting benchmarks, and engaging with prospects. The ideal candidate will excel in both written and verbal communication, work effectively during US business hours, and contribute to the strategic growth of our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of email communication with prospects and clients. Craft compelling messages, follow-up sequences, and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain reporting benchmarks to track sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including social media, industry events, and online databases.
  • Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to prospective clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to nurture relationships, address concerns, and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and update CRM systems with relevant information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to tailor outreach and improve sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share feedback, and ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and conversion.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, email engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales processes, tools, and strategies to enhance overall effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in email communication and sales outreach techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create and analyze sales performance reports.
  • Comfortable with working during US business hours.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
