Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
● Engage in the sales process from lead generation, cold calling.  
● Execute and implement marketing and sales initiatives, both online and offline.  
● Cater to leads generated from in-bound channels such as emails, websites, social media, phone and referrals.  
● Identifying websites and portals for client requirements.  
● Build email list of prospects via online search.  
● Develop opportunities by sending email to new prospects.  
● Achieve a level where a senior sales member can quote and close business.  
● Achieve and exceed KPI’s based on emails send and passed on to the team.  
● Develop an active pipeline of prospects for the senior sales team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements: Any Graduate

Preferred Skills
● Excellent English communications skills both verbal and written.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  
● Have the desire to build high volumes of daily database of prospects over a sustained time period, to meet the
● KPI’s set by management;
● Have working knowledge of Email Marketing and other online lead generation process
● Have adequate skill set required for B2B sales.
● Excellent time management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
● Team player, self-motivated, willing to work for a startup.
● Want to work in a target driven sales environment
