The Key Account Director (KAD) will be dedicated to the management of carrier business sales in Europe.
Responsibilities:
Establish and foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, promoting cooperation and collaboration to achieve sales targets and enhance brand awareness.
Manage the carrier business by cultivating relationships with major Telecom account's C-level and senior executives of key operator partners, ensuring the realization of sales goals and business strategy in Europe.
Oversee the entire commercial process, including strategic planning, pipeline development, prospecting, outreach, contract negotiation, and implementation.
Achieve sales targets for carrier business, focusing on Ranging, Revenue growth, and Profitability.
Coordinate and integrate internal and external resources to align management, product strategy, and business strategy with carrier strategies.
Requirements
Solid sales background with a passion for smart devices.
Technical understanding and knowledge of the consumer electronics industry.
Exceptional communicator capable of effectively communicating within a multicultural environment and across functions at all levels.
Extraordinary negotiator with a focus on building and developing relationships.
Tenacious in pursuing goals with a well-structured, task-prioritizing, and calm demeanor even under pressure.
Strategic thinker with attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.
