The International Sales team is looking for a Global Accounts Sales Director to generate leads and develop commercial opportunities with Corporations headquartered in the USA, across all sectors.


The Director of Global Accounts will have a leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of our Global Accounts portfolio. This includes both managing existing accounts and expanding the portfolio through the acquisition and development of new accounts.


Responsibilities:

  • The candidate would inherit a small portfolio of existing Global Accounts, with the task of expanding this portfolio through organic growth of these Accounts but, more importantly, by adding and developing new Accounts.
  • Inherit and manage a select portfolio of existing Global Accounts, ensuring continued success and satisfaction.
  • Strategically identify, target, and secure new Global Accounts to expand our market footprint within the South Central & Western Prosegur Regions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in both current and prospective accounts
  • Implement innovative strategies to drive organic growth within existing accounts and leverage these accounts to secure additional business opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including the Sales & Marketing teams to align efforts and achieve company goals.
  • Networking is key in this role. Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to build relationships and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and tools related to your field, as well as how they can be used to improve business processes and strategies. This will also help you make more informed decisions for your team.
  • Develop a strong understanding of your company's products or services, target market, and overall business strategy in order


Requirements:

  • Must have the personality of a self-starter and be comfortable working independently with a driven and entrepreneurial mindset. It is important to be open-minded and eager to learn.
  • Must be organized, and relentless in following up on emails, calls, and meetings with prospective clients
  • Must be capable of motivating and influencing large numbers of departments, teams, and individuals (at various levels in the company, and from various geographies) to work together in the interest of a global customer.
  • A knack (and passion) for troubleshooting and taking pride in turning around a troubled customer relationship and finding innovative solutions. Always looking for a way to build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Must also be savvy as a traveler, comfortable with organizing his/her agenda visiting cities, and maximizing meetings. The role involves frequent travel within the US and internationally.
  • Might have an understanding or experience working with any of the following:


  1. Electronic Security Systems (CCTV, Video Analytics, Alarms, Access Control, Fire Detection Systems)
  2. Construction projects for factories, retail stores, buildings, infrastructure, etc.
  3. Retail store management, loss prevention
  4. Facilities management, maintenance
  5. Effective communication skills and interpersonal abilities are also very important. The ability to create an impressive deck of slides is a plus.
  6. Proficiency in English (Native) and Spanish (Functional) is a plus.
