Position Summary**

The Marketing Automation role will be our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert, responsible for optimizing the platform and providing technical expertise to scale digital solutions, email marketing campaigns, and data integration. As an individual contributor, you will work closely with the sales operations, IT and marketing teams to ensure that the platform is leveraged to its optimal capabilities; including campaign creation, tracking and reporting.

As a Marketing Automation expert, you will work with campaign managers to intake or define business requirements and translate them into cross-channel experiences for our key audiences. You will champion the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and drive best practices and adoption across key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is an expert on using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SFDC expertise in automating processes to maximize effectiveness of their campaigns, programs and tactics. In this role you will be responsible for building the technology, the processes, and the best practices to optimize marketing campaign performance. This role requires someone who is flexible with a strong affinity toward technology, process and data. This individual must excel working in a fast-paced and rapidly growing business where you need to build new processes and programs. **

Duties And Responsibilities**

  • Delivering predictable and scalable operational processes for building connected digital experiences.
  • Responsible for the MarTech stack, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related applications (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Web Studio, Experience Cloud, Ad Studio), Drift, Unbounce, etc. etc. and serving as a technical expert and SME.
  • Develop, build, and implement marketing campaign workflows to nurture leads, drive engagement, and increase conversion rates.
  • Ensuring the end-to-end execution of integrated, cross-channel campaigns, using email, cloud pages, and other digital experiences.
  • Ensuring campaign designs and templates are optimized to be user and device-friendly.
  • Support marketing activities across channels with campaign build, deployment and data segmentation.
  • Form Builds & Management: Develop and manage various forms for lead capture and other marketing purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs to drive inbound lead generation.
  • Conduct regular reviews of marketing automation campaigns and processes to optimize performance
  • List Cleanup: Regularly review and maintain the integrity of our marketing database for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to drive recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Optimize internal processes based on team requests, opportunity gaps, and business requirements.
  • Own the development, training, and support of marketing automation best practices.
  • Advise teams regarding the latest tech innovations, new business initiatives, third-party solutions, and effective email templates.
  • Stay aware of the latest trends and updates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation
  • Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and optimization
  • Ensuring compliant use of client data and consent.
  • Managing/updating cookies on website
  • Whitelists/blocked traffic
  • Domain management

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in supporting global campaign deployment and optimization using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Salesforce certification highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign planning, execution, A/B testing, and conversion metrics
  • Ability to build relationships working in a cross functional global environment
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills required
  • Hands-on, strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to own and deliver on multiple projects under aggressive timelines
  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in SQL, AMP script data extensions, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
