We're Hiring: CRM Automation Specialist at MyVA Support!
At MyVA Support, we're eagerly seeking a CRM Automation Specialist, with proficiency in Zoho and other CRM platforms, to join our forward-thinking team. This role is tailored for those who have a deep understanding of marketing strategies and are skilled in optimizing customer relationship management systems.
Role Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize CRM systems to improve business operations, customer relations, and support sales and marketing strategies.
- Design, manage, and refine automated marketing campaigns, focusing on lead nurturing, customer engagement, and conversions.
- Utilize analytics to drive insights into team operations and customer engagement, enhancing productivity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure CRM strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Implement and manage integrations with third-party applications, enhancing CRM functionality, with a strong emphasis on using Zapier for automation and integration tasks.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time.
Requirements
What We Look For:
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and in-depth knowledge of CRM systems.
- Exceptional skills in using Zapier for creating and managing complex integrations.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with bilingual proficiency at C1 level.
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in email marketing and digital design.
- Robust analytical skills and familiarity with HTML, CSS, SQL, or AMPscript.
- Independent and creative problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
