Job description

We're now looking for a Chief Product & Technology Officer to lead our next chapter.

One accountable leader for what we build, why we build it and how we release it.

The Role:

The role translates the company’s growth ambition into an AI-first portfolio built on a scalable, secure and coherent platform, and ensures that it reaches customers predictably and at a high quality bar. The CPTO is both the architect of the portfolio and its foremost ambassador, internally and externally.

You'll own product strategy, technology, architecture and release cadence across our full product portfolio, leading an international product and R&D organization globally.

Reports to Chief Executive Officer; member of the Executive Management Team.

Direct reporst - VP of Technology Engineering; VP Product Management.

📍 Copenhagen HQ preferred · international role, approx. 40–50 travel days a year.

What You'll Drive:

  • Scale Retail platform solution for global enterprise customers and lead our entry into the US market.

  • Set the direction for our next-generation hospital platform.

  • Take AI from roadmap to recurring revenue, built into the core platform and delivered responsibly.

  • Bring several legacy systems together into one coherent, secure cloud platform.

  • Build a predictable release rhythm and a data-driven, AI-first engineering culture.

  • Shape build, partner or buy decisions and lead product and technical due diligence.

Strategic Priorities:

Three agendas connect directly to growth along two vectors: winning more clinics and customers (points of sale) and expanding what each customer uses and pays for (product depth and ASP). Platform consolidation underpins all three.

  1. Manage: Global Scaling to Enterprise & US Market Evolve Manage for enterprise scalability, security, integrations and governance, with standardised workflows across clinics and regions. Sequence market entry deliberately rather than opportunistically.

  2. Next-Generation Hospital Software: Set direction for and deliver a modern, future-proof hospital platform. Define the product configuration needed for broader global expansion without compromising the depth hospital customers require.

  3. AI: From Roadmap to Recurring Revenue Move planned AI categories from build to commercial launch on time and to a high quality bar. Drive attachment until AI is a differentiator in every deal and a recurring contributor to ARR.

  4. One Coherent Platform: Reduce the number of legacy systems and build the shared foundation that makes the three agendas above deliverable.

Success Criteria:

First 6–12 Months:

  • A clear, prioritised and communicated product and technology roadmap addressing 2 main Goals; Enterprise Expansion & US Market Entry, understood and supported by the Executive Management Team and the Board.

  • A decided and initiated plan for next-generation hospital software, built on one coherent foundation.

  • A defined target architecture and a legacy consolidation plan with milestones.

  • A defined AI approach across the portfolio, with concrete initiatives linked to customer value and ARR potential.

  • Clear build-versus-buy principles and a product-led view on M&A opportunities.

  • A product and technology organisation with clear roles, one planning rhythm and agreed delivery metrics to increase velocity and throughput.

What You Bring:

  • Senior leadership of both product management and engineering (CPTO, CPO, CTO or SVP level) in B2B SaaS or vertical software.

  • A record of turning market insight into a portfolio strategy that grows ARR, including pricing and packaging.

  • Experience building and leading multinational, distributed teams and developing strong leaders.

  • Platform modernisation, legacy consolidation and M&A integration experience.

  • Hands-on understanding of where AI creates real customer and business value.

  • Credibility with engineers and in C-level customer conversations.

  • PE-backed or high-growth experience is a clear advantage; healthtech or regulated industries a plus.

Personal Qualities:

  • Strategic: Think in wholes, long horizons and business value, and turn this into concrete, prioritised choices.

  • Technology fluent: Credible with architects and engineers, and able to explain technical trade-offs in business terms.

  • Commercial: Understand the link between product, sales and earnings, and drive growth through the product.

  • Execution-strong: Balance ambition with pragmatic delivery and measurable results.

  • Clear communicator: Explain product and technology choices simply and convincingly, and builds buy-in from the Board to the team.

  • Empowering leader: Build strong teams and develop people, in line with our values: Cutting-edge, Attentive, Resourceful, Ethical/Transparent.

  • Purpose-driven: Motivated by improving access to hearing healthcare.

  • Robust: Collaborative, and able to make clear choices when priorities compete.

How We Work:

Agile, direct and non-political. We say it like it is, make the tough calls and like to see people grow and deliver results. Our values are all about C. A. R. E. - Cutting-edge, Attentive, Resourceful, Ethical/Transparent.

What We Offer:

A central value-creation role in an Insight Partners-backed software company with an ambitious growth plan and a clear purpose. The CPTO owns the full product and technology agenda, takes a defining role in the growth journey, and has access to Auditdata’s Management Incentive Programme.

Your journey with us:

We want you to get to know us as well as we get to know you.

  1. Introductory call (online) with our Talent Partner;

  2. Value fit meeting (online) with our Chief People Officer, followed by a behavioural profile (such as DISC);

  3. Executive interview (online) with our Chief Executive Officer;

  4. Copenhagen visit (in-person): meet the team at our HQ and present a case on a real challenge we’re tackling;

  5. Final interview (online) with the Board.

Throughout, you’ll get timely feedback and plenty of room to ask your own questions.

We look forward to your application! (please submit your CV in English and why this role interests you)
