An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lancashire County Council as an Employment lawyer to work within a growing legal team alongside experienced legal professionals. The employment team operates in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a wide range of Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal cases. These commonly cover (but are not limited to) all aspects of discrimination under the Equality Act 2010, Unfair Dismissal, and Whistleblowing.
