UFORCE builds the world's most battle-proven autonomous weapons systems. Over 150,000 real combat missions. Sea, air, land, and intercept. Iterated under fire in Ukraine and now scaling globally for allied militaries. We started with operators who built and deployed these systems in active combat — then added Silicon Valley-grade engineering and a go-to-market model that treats defence like enterprise tech: ship fast, listen to the customer, iterate in 48 hours, and price at a fraction of anything legacy primes can offer. Our platform includes Magura — the autonomous USV that helped deny Russia's Black Sea fleet — Nemesis, the heavy-bomber UAV flying thousands of strike missions nightly, and Liut UGV ground combat robots. Our C2 and open platform architecture integrate third-party interceptors directly onto our unmanned platforms, enabling sea-launched counter-UAS intercept missions with any compatible effector. All NATO-compatible, all combat-proven, all available now. Every day our systems are in the fight, the data, iteration speed, and operational feedback compound — over 150,000 missions and counting. Our mission: make defence 100x cheaper than offense — and help free nations make aggression too expensive to consider. UFORCE: Ready to Fight Tonight.

Job description

UFORCE exists to make aggression unaffordable.

Founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, UFORCE is a defence-technology company with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia.

UFORCE builds uncrewed vessels, ground robotics and aircraft, autonomy software, and the command-and-control layer that operates them together. Each platform is deployable on its own, and stronger as part of the system. Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems.

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable and Receivable Assistant to keep our day-to-day payables and receivables accurate, timely, and audit-ready. You will own the detail of supplier invoice processing, customer invoicing, and cash allocation, follow our financial controls, and raise blockers early. Your work allows the wider team to move quickly without losing financial discipline.

You will be part of the Finance team and work closely with budget owners, procurement, commercial teams, and colleagues across the business who supply approvals and billing information. The role suits someone who takes pride in accuracy, is comfortable working to regular deadlines, and knows when to escalate an issue rather than leave it unresolved.

What You Will Do

  • Process supplier invoices end to end, including checking that they are complete and approved, coding them correctly, and posting them promptly across the entities you support.

  • Raise customer invoices promptly once approved billing inputs are received, and keep billing accurate and well documented.

  • Allocate customer receipts to the correct accounts quickly, and investigate and resolve unidentified payments.

  • Prepare and complete AP and AR reconciliations by the agreed monthly deadline, supporting a clean and timely month-end close.

  • Investigate differences and unusual items, and escalate anything that remains unexplained to the appropriate owner without delay.

  • Keep the approvals and supporting evidence required for every transaction you handle, so that records are complete for internal review and external audit.

  • Review overdue payables and receivables each week, assign an owner and next action to each overdue item, and follow up until it is resolved.

  • Respond to queries from suppliers, customers, and internal colleagues on invoices, payments, and account balances.

  • Follow documented procedures and financial controls, and suggest improvements where you see ways to make processes more accurate or efficient.

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including reconciliations.

  • A high standard of accuracy and close attention to detail, particularly in coding and data entry.

  • A good understanding of financial controls, with sound judgement about what to approve, query, or escalate.

  • Strong prioritisation and follow-through, with the ability to meet recurring deadlines and keep many items moving at once.

  • Clear written and spoken communication, including raising issues promptly and explaining them concisely.

  • Working knowledge of accounting systems and strong spreadsheet skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting month-end close and audit requests.

  • Experience working across multiple legal entities or currencies.

  • Experience in a fast-growing or scaling business.

  • A qualification or part-qualification in accounting or finance.

The nature of combat has changed.

Tomorrow’s battlefield success depends on autonomy, speed, and adaptability.

And UFORCE is ready.
