UFORCE builds the world's most battle-proven autonomous weapons systems. Over 150,000 real combat missions. Sea, air, land, and intercept. Iterated under fire in Ukraine and now scaling globally for allied militaries. We started with operators who built and deployed these systems in active combat — then added Silicon Valley-grade engineering and a go-to-market model that treats defence like enterprise tech: ship fast, listen to the customer, iterate in 48 hours, and price at a fraction of anything legacy primes can offer. Our platform includes Magura — the autonomous USV that helped deny Russia's Black Sea fleet — Nemesis, the heavy-bomber UAV flying thousands of strike missions nightly, and Liut UGV ground combat robots. Our C2 and open platform architecture integrate third-party interceptors directly onto our unmanned platforms, enabling sea-launched counter-UAS intercept missions with any compatible effector. All NATO-compatible, all combat-proven, all available now. Every day our systems are in the fight, the data, iteration speed, and operational feedback compound — over 150,000 missions and counting. Our mission: make defence 100x cheaper than offense — and help free nations make aggression too expensive to consider. UFORCE: Ready to Fight Tonight.

Job description

UFORCE exists to make aggression unaffordable.

Founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, UFORCE is a defence-technology company with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia.

UFORCE builds uncrewed vessels, ground robotics and aircraft, autonomy software, and the command-and-control layer that operates them together. Each platform is deployable on its own, and stronger as part of the system. Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems.

About the Role

We are seeking an AI Enablement Lead to equip our business development team and the wider organisation to use AI effectively in their day-to-day work. Reporting to the Director, Business Data & Intelligence, you will design and deliver practical training and coaching, monitor adoption and adherence to agreed ways of working, and provide hands-on support to colleagues who need it. You will also gather user feedback and partner with our tool builders to make our AI solutions more intuitive and valuable.

This is a hands-on individual contributor position with ownership of the enablement programme. You will begin with business development and extend coverage across the broader business, working in close partnership with leaders, functional experts, and the teams who build our tools. The role carries influence rather than line authority, and does not include management of the AI builders or ownership of technical architecture. Success means colleagues become proficient in new tasks more quickly, use approved tools consistently and correctly, and make fewer repeated errors.

What You Will Do

  • Design and deliver onboarding and continuous coaching for the business development team, covering the full business development process and the correct use of approved AI tools, reinforced through team leaders.

  • Develop role-specific playbooks and readiness programmes that help colleagues prepare effectively for customer engagements.

  • Roll out approved AI workflows to priority audiences across the company, embedding learning in the tools and systems where people already work.

  • Create task-based learning with hands-on practice, feedback, and knowledge checks, tailored to varying levels of experience.

  • Train colleagues to validate AI outputs, handle information appropriately, recognise approval boundaries, and escalate issues when needed.

  • Provide direct support to users who are struggling, diagnose whether an issue stems from user error, data, access, or the product itself, and engage the right owner to resolve it.

  • Drive sustained adoption after launch through manager reinforcement, internal champions, and workflow integration, and confirm readiness with tool owners ahead of wider rollout.

  • Monitor usage and quality to identify where tools are delivering value and where adoption is blocked, and use these insights to guide training, support, and product decisions.

  • Run a structured feedback process: capture input, triage and route issues to the appropriate owners, close the loop with users, and translate feedback into updated workflows, training, or product improvements.

  • Maintain a library of current learning materials and retire outdated guidance.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development or revenue enablement, including designing and delivering onboarding, coaching, playbooks, or readiness programmes linked to individual and team performance.

  • A working understanding of B2B business development cycles, buyer roles, qualification, and customer preparation, sufficient to train and coach with credibility.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in your own work, with the ability to demonstrate an approved workflow, explain its sources and limitations, and correct course when outputs are inaccurate.

  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to design learning around real job tasks and communicate clearly to sceptical or time-constrained audiences.

  • A track record of driving behaviour change and adoption, including diagnosing why uptake fell short and improving it.

  • Analytical rigour: you measure proficiency, quality, and sustained use rather than attendance or login activity alone, and you follow through on feedback.

  • A collaborative, low-ego approach to working across functions, handling resistance constructively, and keeping stakeholders focused on priority outcomes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with defence or military users, or a military background, with an understanding of how those users operate.

  • Business development or revenue enablement experience in B2B technology, defence, or another complex customer environment.

  • Experience in wider employee enablement, organisational learning, or change management.

  • Experience launching AI tools or programmes and measuring correct, sustained usage.

  • Familiarity with usage reporting and lightweight workflow configuration or automation.

The nature of combat has changed.

Tomorrow’s battlefield success depends on autonomy, speed, and adaptability.

And UFORCE is ready.
