Qualifications

  • (Technical) university degree, higher professional examination or equivalent education.
  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in complex transformation or compliance projects.
  • Very good understanding of banking and organizational processes in the compliance area.
  • Solid knowledge in the area of anti-money laundering (AML).
  • Very good German and English language skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and prioritize requirements
  • Analyze complex banking and organizational processes and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements
  • Identify and document processes, relationships, and issues in the compliance environment
  • Create technical concepts and specifications for implementation

Für unseren Kunden im Bankenumfeld in Bern suchen wir per sofort eine:n erfahrene:n Business Analyst:in zur Unterstützung eines strategisch wichtigen Compliance- und Risk-Programms.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Managern sowie fachlichen Stakeholdern zur Erhebung, Analyse, Validierung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen
  • Analyse komplexer bankfachlicher und organisatorischer Abläufe sowie deren verständliche Übersetzung in fachliche und nicht-fachliche Anforderungen
  • Identifikation und Dokumentation von Prozessen, Zusammenhängen und Problemstellungen im Compliance-Umfeld
  • Erstellung von Fachkonzepten und Spezifikationen für die Umsetzung
  • Definition und Abstimmung von Testfällen sowie Unterstützung bei User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
  • Mitarbeit in einem agilen Umfeld nach SAFe-Prinzipien

Dein Profil:

  • (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss, Höhere Fachprüfung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung als Business Analyst in komplexen Transformations- oder Compliance-Projekten
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von bankfachlichen und organisatorischen Prozessen im Bereich Compliance
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umfeld Geldwäschereibekämpfung (AML)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Business Analyse oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Erfahrung mit der Erhebung, Analyse und Dokumentation von Anforderungen
  • Einwandfreier Leumund (keine Betreibungen und keine Strafregistereinträge)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
