Qualifications

  • Completed education in business informatics, computer science, or a commercial field with strong IT affinity.
  • Several years of professional experience in the Swiss health and/or accident insurance sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of claims processes according to KVG and/or VVG, ideally with experience in tariff systems.
  • Experience in analyzing, conceptualizing, and specifying business requirements (Requirements Engineering / Business Analysis).
  • Preferred: Knowledge of insurance applications, ideally Adcubum Syrius or Sumex.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and processes in the Swiss health and accident insurance sector.
  • Support requirements throughout the entire Requirement Life Cycle from analysis to implementation.
  • Develop and optimize insurance applications and business processes, particularly in claims processing and automated invoice verification.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes in the Swiss insurance market and derive necessary actions.

Für unseren Kunden in Solothurn, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n, motivierte:n und aufgeschlossene:n Business Analyst  – Krankenversicherung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Geschäftsprozesse im Schweizer Kranken- und Unfallversicherungsumfeld sowie Entwicklung passender Lösungen gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen und IT-Spezialisten
  • Begleitung von Anforderungen entlang des gesamten Requirement Life Cycles – von der Analyse über die Konzepterstellung und Spezifikation bis hin zur Umsetzung
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Versicherungsapplikationen und Geschäftsprozessen, insbesondere im Bereich der Leistungsabwicklung und automatisierten Rechnungsprüfung
  • Sicherstellung der fachlichen und technischen Qualität der Systeme sowie Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern
  • Parametrierung und Pflege von Applikationen sowie Sicherstellung aktueller Referenz- und Tarifdaten
  • Mitarbeit in Kundenprojekten sowie Begleitung von Releaseplanungen und -einführungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Fachbereichen, Entwicklungsteams und Systemlieferanten
  • Beobachtung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Veränderungen im Schweizer Versicherungsmarkt sowie Ableitung des entsprechenden Handlungsbedarfs

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder im kaufmännischen Bereich mit ausgeprägter IT-Affinität
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Schweizer Kranken- und/oder Unfallversicherungsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Leistungsprozesse nach KVG und/oder VVG, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung im Tarifwesen
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse, Konzeption und Spezifikation von Business-Anforderungen (Requirements Engineering / Business Analysis)
  • Kenntnisse von Versicherungsapplikationen, idealerweise Adcubum Syrius oder Sumex
  • Erfahrung in der Parametrierung von Applikationen sowie Kenntnisse in SQL von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Testing, Qualitätssicherung oder Release Management ein Plus
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse und professionelles Auftreten
