Qualifications

  • Several years of experience as a Test Manager in large system replacement or migration projects.
  • Knowledge in Customer Communication Management / Output Management (e.g., OpenText Exstream, Quadient Inspire, Compart, Messagepoint or similar).
  • Good knowledge of the software development process in an agile environment (e.g., SAFe/Scrum).
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Preferred: Experience in the banking sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the test strategy and test concept for the replacement of the existing CCM.
  • Plan, control, and monitor all test activities from conception to implementation in close coordination with stakeholders.
  • Define a solution approach for documents that cannot be triggered manually, such as reminders and month-end processing.
  • Establish test data management with use-case-based test data while adhering to data protection regulations.

Test Manager 50%

Für unseren Kunden aus Bern suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n und aufgeschlossene:n Test Manager - Output-/CCM-Management-Systemen.

Diese 50% Position kann möglicherweise mit der Test Engineer (50%) kombiniert werden. 

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erarbeiten und Verantworten der Teststrategie und des Testkonzepts für die Ablösung des bestehenden CCM, insbesondere des Alt-/Neu-Vergleichs (Produktion der Dokumente mit identischem Datenstrom auf beiden Systemen)
  • Planen, Steuern und Überwachen aller Testaktivitäten von der Konzeption bis zur Einführung, in enger Abstimmung mit Product Owner, Entwicklung, Architektur und Fachbereichen
  • Definieren eines Lösungsansatzes für Dokumente, die nicht manuell ausgelöst werden können (z.B. Mahnungen, Monatsend-Verarbeitungen), etwa über Simulation, Zeitsteuerung oder Batch-Testumgebungen
  • Etablieren eines Testdatenmanagements mit Use-Case-basierten Testdaten (z.B. Immobilien-Finanzierung) unter Einhaltung der Datenschutzvorgaben
  • Koordination der Testphasen (Integrationstest, End-to-End-Test, Performance-/Massentest, UAT) sowie Führung des Defect Managements
  • Transparentes Test-Reporting an Projektleitung und Steuerungsgremien sowie Beurteilung der Einführungsreife (Go/No-Go)

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Arbeitserfahrung als Test Manager in grossen System-Ablöse- oder Migrationsprojekten
  • Erfahrung im Bankenumfeld von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Customer Communication Management / Output-Management (z.B. OpenText Exstream, Quadient Inspire, Compart, Messagepoint oder vergleichbar)
  • Gute Kenntnisse über den Software-Entwicklungsprozess im agilen Umfeld (z.B. SAFe/Scrum)
  • Starke Fähigkeiten in Führung, Koordination und Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern aus Fachbereich, IT und Betrieb
  • Ausbildung/Zertifikat ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager (oder vergleichbar)
  • Einwandfreies Leumundszeugnis (keine Betreibungen oder Strafregistereinträge)
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntisse
