Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing document logic and derive test cases, particularly for complex rule-based variants.
  • Design and implement an automated old/new comparison based on the XML data stream from OUTPUT.
  • Create and maintain use-case-based test data for relevant business cases.
  • Conduct integration, end-to-end, performance, and mass tests.

Test Engineer - Output-/CCM-Systeme

Für unseren Kunden aus Bern, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n, motivierte:n und aufgeschlossene:n Test Engineer - Output-/CCM-/Dokumenten-Management-Systemen.

Diese 50% Position kann möglicherweise mit der Test Management Position (ebenfalls 50%) kombiniert werden.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Analysieren der bestehenden Dokumentenlogik und Ableiten von Testfällen, insbesondere für komplexe regelbasierte Varianten (if-then-else-Logik, Textbausteine, Datenanreicherung)
  • Konzipieren und Umsetzen eines automatisierten Alt-/Neu-Vergleichs auf Basis des XML-Datenstroms aus OUTPUT (Vergleich von Inhalt, Layout und Ausgabeformaten)
  • Erstellen und Pflegen von Use-Case-basierten Testdaten (synthetisch oder anonymisiert) für die relevanten Geschäftsfälle
  • Mitarbeit beim Erfassen der Dokument-Trigger sowie beim Aufbau von Testmechanismen für zeitgesteuerte, nicht manuell auslösbare Dokumente (z.B. Mahnungen)
  • Durchführen von Integrations-, End-to-End- sowie Performance- und Massentests (Volumen von ca. 100 Mio. Seiten pro Jahr)
  • Prüfen der Ausgabe über alle Kanäle (physischer Druck, digitale Kanäle) inkl. Ausgabesteuerung, Bündelung und Jobverarbeitung
  • Fehleranalyse, Dokumentation und Nachtesten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung; Unterstützung der Fachbereiche im UAT

Dein Profil:

  • Ausgewiesene Arbeitserfahrung als Test Engineer im Bankenumfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in XML, XPath/XSLT sowie SQL und im Umgang mit grossen Datenmengen
  • Ausbildung/Zertifikat ISTQB Foundation Level, idealerweise Advanced Test Automation Engineer (oder vergleichbar)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Customer Communication Management / Output-Management
  • Erfahrung in Erstellung und Management von Testdaten, inkl. Anonymisierung
  • Erfahrung in agilen Teams (z.B. SAFe/Scrum) sowie analytische, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Einwandfreies Leumundszeugnis (keine Betreibungen oder Strafregistereinträge)
  • Fliessende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
