OPERATIONS MANAGER

We're hiring an Operations Manager for an eCommerce business in our partner network.

We're looking for a hands-on operator who can manage multiple areas of the business, solve problems independently, and keep people and processes moving.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring for internal roles.

• Oversee inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and supply chain coordination.

• Lead customer service operations, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and handle escalations, chargebacks, and suspicious orders.

• Coordinate invoice processing, payroll, and payment tracking.

• Develop SOPs, onboarding workflows, and internal processes.

• Work closely with founders and team leads to resolve operational challenges.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Hands-on experience in eCommerce operations, preferably with subscription-based brands.

• Familiarity with subscription tools such as Loop Subscriptions.

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and hiring.

• Knowledge of inventory, supply chain, and customer service operations.

• Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.

• A proactive, flexible, and resourceful mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

• Willingness to work with Amsterdam/Dubai time zones.

IMPORTANT NOTE

This is a full-time, remote opportunity. Candidates must be comfortable coordinating with teams across different time zones, particularly Amsterdam and Dubai.
