We're hiring an EU Growth Lead for a high-growth brand in our partner network.

We're looking for an experienced DTC growth leader who can own a market end to end, scale paid acquisition, and turn data and creative strategy into profitable growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own market P&L, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.

• Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and YouTube.

• Localise offers, landing pages, creatives, and messaging for local consumers.

• Build creator, influencer, and affiliate partnerships.

• Manage agencies and freelancers, ensuring clear KPIs and accountability.

• Monitor performance, unit economics, and attribution, providing regular growth updates.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Native German speaker with fluent English. Dutch is a big plus.

• 5+ years of experience in DTC growth or market leadership with budget ownership.

• Proven success scaling a European market for an 8–9 figure brand.

• Strong creative strategy, CRO, and paid acquisition experience.

• Experience building influencer teams and partnerships.

• Strong analytical skills, particularly in data, unit economics, and attribution.

• High ownership and the ability to build and scale from an early stage.

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience launching a new country or market from the ground up.

This is a full-time, remote opportunity for candidates based in Europe, with the potential to take on additional European markets based on performance.
