  • Customer Support

    • Respond to customer calls, emails, and service requests in a professional, helpful, and timely manner.
    • Identify and resolve customer issues or coordinate with the appropriate internal team when additional support is needed.
    • Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process.
    • Fuel Accounting & Reconciliation

      • Review vendor invoice exceptions, correct errors, and work with vendors to resolve discrepancies or dispute invoices on behalf of customers.
      • Process and reconcile fuel transactions (purchases, deliveries, and sales) across multiple systems and investigate discrepancies.
      • Track fuel inventory, costs, pricing, and volumes to support accurate reporting and margin analysis.
      • Prepare and manage customer statements while maintaining accurate supporting documentation.
      • Partner with Accounting, Reconciliation, and other internal teams on reporting and analysis that helps customers make informed decisions.
