Job description

About the Role

Intellitix is looking for a strategic, hands-on, and results-driven Director of Marketing to own our marketing strategy and execution from start to finish. This leader will set the direction, prioritize the highest-impact initiatives, build and run campaigns, measure performance, and continually improve results.

With a focused budget and lean resources, this role requires a pragmatic growth marketer who can create meaningful market visibility and generate qualified demand through smart, measurable investments. You will be accountable for turning marketing into a reliable contributor to lead generation, qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, and brand recognition.

Working closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership, you will translate business goals into an integrated go-to-market plan and personally drive its delivery.

What You'll Lead

  • Own the full marketing lifecycle: develop strategy, set priorities, execute programs, measure impact, and optimize continuously.
  • Build and execute an integrated lead-generation plan that increases qualified leads, pipeline, and conversion in partnership with Sales.
  • Increase Intellitix’s visibility and credibility in priority industries through differentiated positioning, thought leadership, content, partnerships, events, SEO, PR, and targeted digital programs.
  • Prioritize budget and internal capacity toward the highest-return initiatives; test, learn, and reallocate investment based on performance.
  • Remain hands-on in campaign development, content, digital channels, reporting, and agency/vendor management as needed.
  • Establish clear definitions and shared accountability with Sales for lead quality, follow-up, conversion, and pipeline impact.
  • Collaborate with Product on positioning, messaging, launches, pricing support, and competitive differentiation.
  • Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that link activity to leads, pipeline, revenue, and brand visibility.
  • Build, coach, and develop a lean, high-performing marketing team and external partner network.
  • Monitor customer insights, market trends, and competitive activity to identify practical growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • A builder who can create and own an end-to-end marketing strategy, translate it into a focused operating plan, and personally drive execution.

  • A demand-generation leader with a proven record of increasing qualified leads, pipeline, conversion, and revenue in a B2B or technology environment.

  • A resourceful operator who can create measurable impact with a limited budget by making disciplined choices, testing quickly, and investing in the highest-return channels and programs.

  • A strong brand and positioning strategist who can increase awareness, differentiate Intellitix, and build credibility with priority audiences.

  • A data-driven decision-maker who uses performance data and customer insight to diagnose issues, optimize programs, and communicate results clearly.

  • A confident, hands-on leader who can develop internal talent, manage agencies and partners, and raise the quality and consistency of marketing execution.

  • Comfortable working in an evolving environment, setting structure where needed, and balancing near-term lead generation with long-term brand growth.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience leading marketing teams in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth B2B environment.

  • A strong track record of developing and executing demand generation and go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business growth.

  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to align marketing with revenue objectives.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, product marketing, brand development, and marketing operations.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, and marketing technology platforms.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.

Success in This Role

In your first 6-12 months, you will:

  • Build a high-performing marketing organization with clear priorities and accountability.

  • Increase marketing's contribution to qualified pipeline and revenue.

  • Strengthen the Intellitix brand across our target industries and markets.

  • Improve alignment between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations.

  • Implement scalable processes, reporting, and programs that support long-term growth.

  • Establish marketing as a trusted strategic partner across the organization.
