SKU Recruitment is a specialist recruitment business focused exclusively on operational and commercial leadership hiring for CQC and Ofsted-regulated care providers across the UK. The roles we work on: Registered Managers, Operations Managers, Business Development Managers, Commercial Directors, and Heads of BD - across Complex Care, Domiciliary, Residential, Supported Living, Children's Residential, and Mental Health services. These are the hires that sit vacant longest, carry the most operational risk when unfilled, and are consistently underserved by generalist agencies and job boards. We work with providers when a role is niche, confidential, or business-critical and where getting it wrong isn't an option. Our background includes placing recruiters into healthcare recruitment agencies, so if your business has transitioned from agency into care provision, we understand both sides of that world. Based in London. Working with providers nationwide. 📧 Syed@skurecruitment.co.uk ☎️ +44 2081566595
