Client and Account Support

  • Assist the Account Manager with communication with corporate clients;

  • Answer customer queries in a courteous, professional and timely manner;

  • Act as a point of contact for clients on compliance-related requests, such as onboarding documentation and information requests.

๐ŸŽ“ Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of hands-on experience in a compliance role, ideally in financial services, payments or fintech;

  • Practical experience of KYC / customer due diligence and AML procedures, including onboarding and risk assessment of corporate clients;

  • Experience reviewing PEP, sanctions and adverse media screening results and escalating findings;

  • Experience in transaction monitoring and preparing analysis reports for an MLRO or compliance lead;

  • Analytical and logical thinking with strong attention to detail;

  • Ability to work collaboratively within and across functions;

  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills;

  • Good organisational skills;

  • Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken).

โญ Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in e-commerce and electronic payments (a significant advantage);

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; advanced Excel is a plus.

๐Ÿค Key Competencies:

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills;

  • Strong organisational and time management skills;

  • Ability to collaborate across compliance and account management teams;

  • Proactive, responsible and service-oriented approach.

โœจ The Employer offers:

  • A varied role spanning compliance and client relationships;

  • An interesting and prospective job within an international business, working closely with colleagues in Europe and other parts of the world;

  • Friendly team and enjoyable working environment;

  • The opportunity to grow within a fast-moving payments business.

If you have hands-on compliance experience and enjoy working directly with corporate clients, this role offers an opportunity to develop your skills across both compliance and account management.
