Relocation Specialist - Turkish and English

Looking for Turkish and English speaking jobs in Lisbon, Portugal? We are hiring relocation specialists to join a multilingual team supporting an international client. In this role you will help travellers and clients with reservation changes, travel support and relocation questions. Fluency in Turkish and English is essential, and your language skills will be used every day.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist customers with travel reservations, changes and cancellations.
• Explain relocation and travel options clearly.
• Resolve issues quickly and keep customers informed.
• Record each interaction accurately in the system.
• Meet service and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Fluent level in Turkish and English.
• Excellent written and spoken command of the languages listed in this advert.
• A professional, friendly and patient communication style.
• Comfort working with computers and several systems at the same time.
• Reliability, attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.

Location and working arrangement: This position is based in Lisbon and offers on-site, hybrid or remote working options, confirmed during the interview. Working hours: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week.
