Job Overview
The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for end-to-end engineering support of production GenAI applications, including application enhancements, code fixes, performance optimization, and platform improvements. The role focuses on ensuring the stability, scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement of AI-powered solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide development and production support for GenAI applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and platform issues.
• Develop and enhance backend services, frontend applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Support AI/LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and GenAI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with support, engineering, and platform teams to drive issue resolution and improvements.
• Implement best practices for cloud deployment, CI/CD, and containerized environments.
• Ensure high application availability, reduced incident recurrence, and improved operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong Full Stack Development experience.
• Frontend development experience with React, Angular, and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG Pipelines, and Prompt Engineering.
• Understanding of GenAI application architecture and AI model lifecycle management.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS Cloud Platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases and Data Ingestion Frameworks.
• Awareness of AI reliability challenges, including hallucinations, model drift, and bias.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
• Ability to work effectively in production support environments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
