Senior/Lead Fullstack JavaScript Engineer with AI skills

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Fullstack JavaScript Engineer with AI skills to build and ship production features end-to-end — from the database up through the API to the UI — while making AI-assisted development a genuine part of the daily workflow, not a side skill. You'll own real feature work on our stack (Node.js, React, PostgreSQL/Redis, AWS or other cloud) and use tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code as production instruments. Responsibilities Design, build, and ship full-stack features across the JavaScript/TypeScript stack — frontend (React, Next.js), backend (Node.js), and the database layer Own tasks end to end: implementation, testing, code review, and documentation Use AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) daily to implement tasks, generate tests, debug, and explore the codebase Apply prompt engineering and context management to get reliable, on-target output from AI tools Critically review AI-generated code before merging — validate correctness, check for hallucinated logic, and understand every change you ship Integrate with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and third-party services as needed Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning Debug and resolve production issues across the stack, using AI tools to accelerate root-cause analysis where useful Requirements 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript Experience with Node.js and frameworks on the FE side: React, Angular Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP Daily production experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) — genuine usage habits Ability to critically review AI-generated code Solid prompt engineering skills: structured prompts, system vs. user prompts, clear context management Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work fast and efficiently under real delivery pressure Advanced English (B2+ or higher) Nice to have Knowledge of Python Experience with platform engineering, observability, and/or reliability engineering System design experience Experience configuring multi-step agentic workflows with multiple MCP integrations Comfortable managing parallel AI agents safely (Git Worktree-based sandboxing) Experience reviewing AI-generated PRs critically — spotting hallucinated logic, unnecessary changes, and scope creep Skills in designing reusable prompts and multi-step agentic flows
