We are seeking a Senior .NET Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in AI to join our innovation team, driving feature development, research and the adoption of AI-enabled solutions within a high-impact, cutting-edge project. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a shared AI-agents environment including settings, skills, agents and memory Improve project-level skills, agents and rules Design and implement backend and frontend features Build APIs, pipelines and environments ensuring architectural consistency and quality Drive high-quality pull requests using automated AI review agents Enhance developer experience and implement AI-assisted workflows Requirements 5+ years of engineering background with proficiency in .NET, Azure and Angular Experience working on architecture and clean code principles Expertise in AI-First development practices and AI agent frameworks Familiarity with Git branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines Advanced understanding of Azure infrastructure and services Capability to take ownership of a vertical slice from start to finish Knowledge of MCP and model-context tools English proficiency at B2 level or higher
