Salesforce Spiff Implementation Consultant/Developer

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Salesforce Spiff Implementation Consultant/Developer for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Spiff incentive compensation plans, rules engines, and quota groups.
• Build and validate commission statements, approval workflows, and complex payout logic.
• Diagnose and resolve payout mismatches, quota variations, and actuals discrepancies across business lines.
• Manage data loads, month-to-date sales batches, and platform-event-driven recalculations.
• Document configuration patterns and runbooks, operating within strict change control and release management guidelines.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Spiff or equivalent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platforms.
• Deep technical command of crediting rules, attainment logic, tiered/accelerated payouts, and split/overlay crediting.
• Strong data manipulation skills, including SOQL, data loads, and structured intercompany reconciliations.
• Experience resolving payout discrepancies against legacy systems or baseline calculators.
