Job description

At Inriver, we help brands deliver better product experiences — wherever their customers are. From the first product detail to the final purchase decision, we make product information work smarter.

We are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the United States.
For this role, we’re looking for someone who is urgently curious- the one that wants to learn new things and who genuinely wants to get to know our customers.

About the role

We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive new business growth across North America, with a strong focus on the Manufacturing industry — a key strategic segment for us this year. This is a quota-carrying, hunter-focused role responsible for winning new logos and expanding our presence within enterprise and mid-market manufacturing organizations. You will own the full sales cycle, build executive relationships, and position value-driven solutions that help manufacturers modernize how they manage and activate product data.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your assigned North American region.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within Manufacturing organizations.

  • Target key sub-verticals such as industrial equipment, automotive, electronics, and consumer goods.

  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.

  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline aligned to revenue goals.

  • Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain CRM data integrity.

  • Collaborate with Account Management, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

  • Represent inriver at industry events and trade shows.

What you’ll bring

We don’t expect you to tick every single box, but for this role we do need most of the following:

✔️3-5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales (SaaS preferred).

✔️Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a defined territory.

✔️Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and ROI-based solution selling.

✔️Experience selling into Manufacturing organizations strongly preferred.

✔️Experience with PIM, MDM, DAM, PLM, or related data/commerce technologies is a plus.

✔️A genuine curiosity to learn new things

✔️Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

✔️Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

✔️Willingness to travel within North America as required, up to 20% of your time

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The estimated pay range for this role is USD $95,000 - $105,000 as base salary per annum + variable. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, and business needs.

All full-time US employees are eligible to participate in Inriver's comprehensive benefit package, which includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, STD and LTD.

The ideal candidate is located in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or South Carolina.
