Für ein langfristiges und technologisch anspruchsvolles Transformationsprogramm suchen wir für unseren Kunden aus Bern eine:n erfahrene:n ICT Safety Architekt (Aviatik).

In dieser Rolle unterstützt du die Weiterentwicklung modernster Flugsicherungs- und Luftfahrtlösungen und stellst sicher, dass Systeme, Prozesse und Architekturen den regulatorischen und sicherheitstechnischen Anforderungen entsprechen. 

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Definieren, Weiterentwickeln und Umsetzen von Safety-Strategien und Safety-Roadmaps
  • Analysieren aviatischer regulatorischer Vorgaben sowie sicherheitsrelevanter Standards und Normen
  • Erarbeiten von Safety Requirements für komplexe Flugsicherungs- und Luftfahrtsysteme
  • Erstellen von Safety Cases sowie sicherheitsrelevanten Nachweis- und Compliance-Dokumentationen
  • Durchführen und Begleiten von Sicherheitsanalysen wie FHA, FMEA oder vergleichbaren Methoden
  • Unterstützen von Zertifizierungs- und Zulassungsaktivitäten im regulierten Aviation-Umfeld
  • Abstimmen technischer und sicherheitsrelevanter Fragestellungen mit Behörden, Partnern und internen Stakeholdern
  • Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Architektur-, Engineering- und Integrationsprojekten

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Safety Engineering oder Safety Architecture
  • Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, System Engineering, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung mit sicherheitskritischen Systemen, idealerweise im Aviation-, ATM-, Defence- oder Transportation-Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Safety-Methodiken und Sicherheitsnachweise (z. B. FHA, FMEA, Safety Case)
  • Erfahrung mit regulatorischen Anforderungen und Zertifizierungsprozessen
  • Verständnis komplexer System- und Integrationsarchitekturen
  • Analytische, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse zwingend
  • Einwandfreier Leumund ist zwingend
