We are looking for bilingual Game Presenters, Customer Support, Technical Assistance, Sales, and Content Professionals to join major global operations in Madrid, Spain, Athens, Greece, and Lisbon, Portugal. Whether you want to work remotely or join a vibrant on-site team in an international office, we have roles tailored to your skills and lifestyle preferences!

1. Opportunities in Madrid, Spain

  • Work Model: On-site (Live studio environment)
  • Monthly Gross Salary Range: €1,500 – €2,100+ Gross (Base salary of €1,500/month plus lucrative on-camera Dutch language bonuses of €4/hour and performance bonuses up to €3/hour, bringing average total monthly earnings to €1,850 – €2,100 gross).
  • Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • Available Roles:
    • Live Studio Game Presenters: Interacting with players, hosting games live on camera, and bringing high energy to an entertainment studio environment using Dutch, Flemish, and English.

2. Opportunities in Athens, Greece

  • Work Models: Remote (within Greece) or On-Site options available.
  • Monthly Gross Salary Range: €1,300 – €1,500 Gross (plus performance bonuses, relocation packages, and housing/transportation allowances depending on the specific role).
  • Available General Roles:
    • Customer Service & Travel Support Specialists: Handling general inquiries, bookings, and customer care via phone, chat, and email.
    • Technical Support & Device Specialists: Providing hardware/software troubleshooting and consumer technology assistance.
    • E-Commerce After-Sales & Operations Agents: Managing order tracking, logistics support, and back-office administrative tasks.

3. Opportunities in Lisbon, Portugal

  • Work Models: Remote or On-Site options available (with comprehensive relocation and housing support options for those relocating).
  • Monthly Gross Salary Range: €1,263 – €1,684 Gross Total Package (including base salary, apartment benefits or allowances, meal cards, and productivity bonuses).
  • Available General Roles:
    • Content Moderation Specialists: Ensuring digital safety, reviewing platform content, and maintaining community standards.
    • Digital Marketing & B2B Sales Experts: Consulting with business clients, managing lead pipelines, and driving online advertising campaigns.
    • E-Commerce & Digital Platform Support Experts: Delivering multi-channel customer delight and technical tool support for global web platforms.

General Requirements

  • Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch / Flemish (C1/C2) and a good working knowledge of English.
