⭐ OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

Are you passionate about turning financial data into strategic business decisions? Do you enjoy building financial models, owning planning processes end to end, and partnering with leadership to drive business performance?

SafeBreach is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to own and drive the company’s financial planning and analysis function. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with direct exposure to the CFO, executive team, and investors. You will lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, deliver executive-level financial reporting, and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Accounting to support business decisions.

This is an opportunity to take real ownership, build scalable financial processes, and help shape the future of a finance function that puts AI at the center of how it works.

  • Fully remote work and flexible PTO
  • Highly competitive salary and equity grants
  • Health, dental and vision insurance
  • Generous Parental leave
  • Monthly phone and internet stipend
  • Learning & Development stipend
  • Competitive employee referral bonus program

πŸš€ THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Own the annual budget, monthly rolling forecasts, and quarterly reforecasts. Analyze budget variances and partner with department heads on financial planning.

  • Executive & Investor Reporting: Prepare management reports, board presentations, and investor materials. Present financial insights and recommendations directly to the executive team.

  • SaaS Metrics & Analysis: Track key metrics such as ARR, NRR/GRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and burn multiple to support strategic decision-making.

  • Go-to-Market Partnership: Partner with Sales and Marketing on revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, capacity planning, commissions, and marketing ROI.

  • Accounting & Compliance: Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close, revenue recognition (ASC 606), audits, and tax-related analysis.

  • AI & Automation: Use AI tools to improve financial modeling and reporting, automate recurring processes, and reduce manual work across the finance function.

🧬 WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • 5–8 years of FP&A experience, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS or software. Investment banking, PE, or Big 4 transaction services experience combined with SaaS FP&A is also relevant.

  • Proven ownership of a full annual budget cycle and rolling forecasts, with expert three-statement and driver-based modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and ARR-based revenue models, with working knowledge of ASC 606.

  • Experience presenting directly to C-level executives; board or investor exposure is a plus.

  • Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in finance, with examples of practical applications.

  • Ability to operate independently with high ownership, navigate ambiguity, and communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

πŸ’₯ EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE

  • CPA, CFA, or MBA.

  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and financial planning tools such as Adaptive, Pigment, Mosaic, Cube, or similar platforms.
